Planning, direction and accounting.

The technical services we provide concerns design activities, direction and accounting of works, customer assistance in the choice of finishing materials, furniture supply solutions and assembly assistance.

The layout

The design activities are developed through general and detailed phases and are completed by the works manager. The design will be studied at various scales, from those of the furnishing layouts to the architectural and plant works, the direction of the works will make use of a reference figure (construction manager) and an assistant.

Architecture and engineering.

The multidisciplinary composition of the technical staff will make it possible to meet the needs of the client for all requests for architecture and engineering services, ensuring coordination of the planning and assistance phases for the execution of the works necessary for the good performance of the work. Our staff will take care of the different thematic areas of the project in a logic of general coordination that will allow you to avoid wasting time and unnecessary overlaps, which are essential to respect the programming times.

Turnkey operations

The “turnkey” logic will materialize, as already stated, also in the implementation phase through the supervision, direction and accounting of the works, managing any relations with entities, companies and suppliers on behalf of the client.

Our works

The style is truly unique, it combines traditional elements, which we often find in Roman interiors, such as splendid cement tiles in warm colors or wooden beams, with more contemporary elements and a pop character. The effect is a welcoming and very whimsical space! The works led to the creation of a large living area, in which the living room and dining room are in total continuity.

The bedroom, the most intimate area, the mirror of those who live it. An attempt was made to make the sleeping area of this important apartment in one of the symbolic neighborhoods of Rome, with a soul of its own. Everything is made to measure. The furnishings and wardrobes are the result of a design aimed at fully satisfying the client. The ceiling hides a surprise, the night has been recreated with Micro LED technology, a constellation dear to the client.

A continuous search for new dialectic forms, in which hidden materials become material sculpture to be shown for what they are. Even the structural elements become material sculptures that can no longer be hidden.

Colli Portuensi Apartment

The kitchen, hearth and centerpiece of this modern apartment where the client let himself be guided by the hand, participating in harmony with all the design choices. In this way the rationality of the choices and the linearity of the spaces created a sober elegance that goes beyond momentary fashions.
